Working closely with clients, we aim to maximise efficiency in planning (making smaller footprints work harder) with small interventions for big impact.

We consult on projects of all sizes. Let’s have a meeting to discuss how to improve the environmental performance of your dwelling. We actively put pen to paper to bring the project to life to communicate to our clients. You will leave the meeting energised with practical strategies to incorporate in a staged way that suits your budget. Enquire here.

No two projects are the same; we are happy to individualise the provision of services to suit your specific project.

The architect acts as an impartial client representative during construction. Engaging your architect for full services, to administer the contract on site provides a range of benefits and can help to preserve the intention of the architectural design. Contract admin services include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Prepare the contract documents and arrange for the signing and execution of the building contract.

  • Report regularly to client regarding time, cost and progress

  • Visit the site periodically to observe the general conformance of the construction works with the building contract documents
