We are currently working on the construction documentation for the renovation of an existing garden apartment.
The existing ground level apartment in Cremorne, houses a family of four. Following 2020 covid lockdowns, our clients were energised to explore a range of planning and storage solutions while improving the functionality of their two bedroom home, to allow for future living/working arrangements.
We have reconfigured the existing floor plan to incorporate an additional bedroom, with the provision of a study that takes advantage of a northerly, garden aspect.
The “storage wall” is a consistent theme, with the inclusion of an external amenities ‘wall’, which extends from the kitchen and incorporates bbq, laundry, bicycles, wet suit storage and more.
Environmental Strategies
- Plans to upgrade the existing 3 storey apartment building to improve its environmental performance, including rain water harvesting, solar power, electrical vehicle charging stations, vertical green walls and more.
